  • Policies & Guidelines

    1. Booking & Deposits

    A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    Remaining balance is due upon service completion.

    Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if given proper notice.

    2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

    48hr notice required to reschedule without penalty.

    Cancellations within less than 48 hrs result in forfeiting the deposit.

    No-call/no-show appointments will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

    Payment & Fees

    Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit,Zelle, Cash App , Venmo or Business Invoice.

    Additional charges may apply for last-minute add-ons or extended services.

    FAQs

    1. How does the consultation work?

    Consultations are $50 and will be applied toward your project total if you move forward with booking.

    2. Is there a minimum booking requirement?

    Yes. One-time organizing services require a 4-hour minimum.

    3. What areas do you organize?

    We organize closets, kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, bedrooms, home offices, garages, laundry rooms, storage spaces, and more.

    4. Do I need to purchase organizing products beforehand?

    No. Product recommendations are provided based on your space, needs, and budget. If you'd rather not shop, personal shopping is available as an add-on.

    5. Are organizing products included in the service price?

    No. Storage bins, baskets, hangers, and other organizing products are purchased separately unless otherwise discussed.

    6. What happens to the items I no longer want?

    We'll help sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal. Donation and trash removal services are also available.

    7. How do the monthly memberships work?

    Memberships include a set number of concierge service hours each month. Additional hours are available for $65/hour.

    8. Do unused membership hours roll over?

    No. Membership hours renew each month and do not roll over. (This is a perfect FAQ instead of putting it on the service page.)

    9. Do you offer customized memberships?

    Yes! If your needs don't fit one of the standard memberships, we'll work together to create a customized concierge plan.

    11. How far in advance should I book?
